Short Summary:
Are you a skilled leader with a passion for ensuring quality in production? Do you have experience in the meat industry or FMCG environments? Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join a dynamic team, in a leading and innovative RTE processing facility. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production process, maintaining process and control, and ensuring high safety and quality standards are met.
About the Role :
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the meat processing facility.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
- Monitor production lines to ensure efficient operation, identifying and resolving any issues that arise to minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor production team members, guiding to optimize their performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics to streamline processes and meet production goals.
- Maintain accurate production records, including yields, output, and any incidents that occur during the shift.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all employees.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and increase overall operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with upper management regarding production updates, challenges, and successes.

Skills & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred).
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a meat processing or food manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, production software, etc.).
- Flexibility to work Monday to friday from 6am onwards
