Production Supervisor

The Company

This organization is a leading manufacturer of food products, loved by Australians for decades. Working in a state-of-the-art facility that is experiencing significant growth, you will oversee a team to ensure performance goals are met.

Working the afternoon shift, and reporting into the production manager, your key responsibilities will include:
 

• Lead a team of operators to meet targets, drive best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiencies 
• Ensure focus on safety, quality and compliance
• Develop a strong team with a collaborative culture
• Ensure KPI's are being met across the shift 
• Compliances with all food safety standards

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Prior experience leading a team to achieve results and create a collaborative work environment 
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG
• Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
