Your role
You will be a hands-on Production Supervisor, learning all aspects of our Revesby site. As you develop your skills, you will be accountable for building and leading effective work teams, maintaining product compliance and product testing.
On a day-to-day basis you will work with our Branch Manager and Maintenance Coordinator planning work activities to meet customer requirements and for maintaining asset condition and availability.

Your responsibilities
- Day to day planning of work activities to meet customer requirements and to maintain asset condition and availability
- Oversee production targets and operations comply with safety and environmental regulations
- Supervision and leadership of the operational team responsible for the production of polymer modified bitumen binder, plant maintenance, planning and trouble shooting
- Maintaining bitumen product compliance and competence
- Quality control testing in a NATA laboratory
- Inventory control including raw material orders and sundry purchasing
- Minor administrative tasks
Your skills & experience
- Have a background in a technical capacity, ideally with some manufacturing or production experience, setting the foundation for you to develop the required skills and knowledge of Bituminous Products production
- Be an exceptional individual able to pick up concepts and skills quickly and drive your own development
- Outstanding communication skills, able work closely with peers and lead a mature workforce
- Have great attention to detail and focus on quality and health and safety
- Great problem solving and time management skills
- Solid PC skills
- Ideally some experience in a similar production environment
- Ideally some people leadership
- Ability to work extra hours / weekends as required (overtime hours paid)
