A vacancy currently exists in our business for an experienced Supervisor, Team Leader, Line Leader, or Meat Manager. The successful candidate will be passionate about further processing and have a focus on product presentation and quality. You will work on building valued relationships across all stakeholders within the business.
Skills & Experience
- Manufacturing experience in a Meat Processing or portion control facility Advantageous.
- Qualified Butcher or Meat Manager experience highly desirable.
- Deep experience in leadership and the development of a high performing team.
- Strong work ethic, with an eye for detail and quality focus.
- Clear decision-making skills, with a high level of presentation and communication skills.
- Must have the right to work Full-Time in Australia.
