Production Supervisor

Job Description Ensuring daily, weekly & monthly compost production plans & cleaning schedules are met Looking after the pre-wet and phase 1 compost Monitoring and managing water dam levels Assisting with accurate stock takes especially straw stocks Assisting in SWP and risk assessment development Operation of machinery as per SWPs Ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained Assist in managing performance and development of team members Maintain compliance with all Company policies and procedures Ability to work under limited supervision and independently yet also work well as part of a team Report all incidents, accidents and near misses in accordance with the WHS
