Role Overview
Production/Application Support Specialist
This is a full-time, 3 day on / 4 day off shift arrangement
This role is responsible for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support of Trade Floor applications. This includes managing day-to-day operations, consulting with internal stakeholders to implement process improvement and strategic initiatives with Global teams.
You will be an experienced Application/Production Support person, with experience supporting AWS cloud applications.
Skills & Experience
- Strong Experience in Application/Production Support
- Strong ITIL experience (problem, incident, change and release).
- Working knowledge/support experience of Linux OS.
- AWS (S3, EC2, ECS)
- Splunk, AppDynamics, Control-M
- Batch processing and monitoring
- Unix Scripting experience (Shell, Bash)
- Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server
- A solid client service focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Strong Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Compressed 3 day workweek (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
