Do you have the initiative to identify patterns and translate those to business improvement strategies?An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Production Systems Specialist to join our team at the Huntly MineThis is a permanent role, “drive-in drive-out” working Monday to Friday each week, just an hour south of Perth CBD.The role will require the Production Systems Specialist to ensure the operational data is presented in a way that provides insights into operational performance that will enable data-driven decisions.Working directly with the production management and control teams you will be required to develop quality control and assurance practices of our production monitoring systems. This will require diving into the fundamental philosophies of how the production monitoring systems record data and the standard practices the site use to ensure operator and machine compliance. - Ability to understand functionality of business systems and present data for business reporting purposes.
- A strong desire to expand and apply technical and operational knowledge in the continuous improvement of the operation.
- Experience using Mine Fleet Management Systems.
- SQL Query experience
- Reporting and Dashboarding experience using Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to deliver results to schedule and plan while having demonstrated a proactive commitment to a safe working environment.
- A relevant degree qualification, such as Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) or Information Technology
