Are you mechanically minded with experience working in manufacturing and production? Have you considered becoming a Machine Operator or getting a forklift license? Looking for a career change? Multiple Day Shift and Afternoon Shift opportunities available with immediate start.
Experience that would be beneficial
Prior experience in a similar Machine Operator or production worker role. Alternatively, skills such as the following are transferable;
- Hand and power tool experience
- Assembly line experience
- Warehouse
- Picking and packing
- Machine operation
- Forklift licence
What you will be doing:
- Operating carpet manufacturing machinery.
- Loading and unloading material on carpet machinery.
- Processing of data in relevant systems.
- Moving material with a forklift.
- Quality control of carpet.
- Participate in regular training. Share experiences and cross-train other team members.
- Participate in regular operations sessions and contribute in a productive manner.
- As required, actively contribute to the continuous improvement, eliminating waste and development of the business.
