About the client:

Due to growth and increasing customer demand, out client is looking for a Cut-up Process Worker to work in South Windsor processing Factory.
To be considered for the role, it is essential that you must:
- Have knife handling skills.
- Be physically fit, committed, reliable, and punctual.
- Be able to adhere to the Good Manufacturing Principals (GMP) and to Animal Welfare Guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Use saw and knife to cut or trim (Maryland, Kiev, Four wings, Leg shanks, collarbone, bum fat)
- Place bones into machine, remove tubs when reaches 15kgs and stack in freezer at 9 tubs high.
- Cut, weigh and pack heads, fillets, and tongues.
- Package liver, hearts, and giblets, and hearts
- Cleaning of production area
- Any other reasonable tasks as directed by your supervisor or management.

- Casual hourly rate of $29.16 + Super
- Fulltime on-going, Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm
- Temp to perm for the right candidate.
