Catholic Schools Office

The Catholic Schools Office (CSO) provides a range of services to support approximately 2,800 staff in 45 vibrant and dynamic Catholic school communities that serve more than 18,000 students. The CSO assists schools to build teaching and leadership capabilities in communities of professional educators who share responsibility for school improvement and for achieving the best outcomes for our students.

Professional Experience Adviser

This position will be located in Lismore

Full time, permanent position. Commencing 27 May 2024, or near this date.

Work Requirements:

  • A current/valid Australian Driver’s Licence and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of the appointment.

Qualification:

  • Relevant diploma level qualification.

Work Experience: 

  • A minimum of five years experience in a school and/or office administrative environment.

  • Ability to work as a member of a team to implement the Teacher Workforce Strategy
  • Highly developed interpersonal and relational capacity to liaise with a range of stakeholders
  • Superior organisational skills
  • Ability to follow policy and procedure and contribute to the development and/or evaluation of policy and procedure.
