Position Overview:

As the Professional Services Helpdesk Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting Consillion's expanding software portfolio. This newly developed role has been created to address the growing importance and size of the software solutions that Consillion supplies and supports. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations, handling support tickets, and collaborating with various teams to deploy solutions effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user and internal support for SaaS solutions sold and supported by Consillion.
  • Classify and prioritize support tickets through Freshdesk.
  • Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot solution issues, providing feedback or solutions to the development team.
  • Verify defects, fixes, and solutions in collaboration with the development team.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions to customers.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to the team and/or customers.
  • Design online dashboards according to customer or Consillion specifications.
  • Communicate customer change requests to relevant stakeholders (development teams, commercial teams, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Completion of High School Certificate (HSC).
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Experience and Skills:
  • Exceptional work ethic with strong values and principles, always striving to exceed basic expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Personable, presentable, and articulate.
  • Understanding of SaaS solutions, dashboards, and basic networking principles.
