About the role
As TFI continues to grow and develop an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the growing IT team where you will be supporting a national IT footprint.
The IT Helpdesk Coordinator’s role is to be the primary point of contact for users in responding to system and technology problems so that the end user can accomplish business tasks.
This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests in line with company priorities and clearly defined SLA’s.
You will have:
- Degree in Information Technology
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the IT Industry
- Experience with provisioning network users and workstations in a Microsoft Active Directory
- Strong written and verbal communicciation skills
