The Role
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll develop and implement positive Behaviour Support plans for adults and children with diverse needs. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting functional behaviour assessments
- Creating evidence-based, personalized support plans
- Working with a varied caseload with comprehensive support
You’ll participate in our intensive induction program led by our Therapy Manager and Practice Lead - Behaviour Support, gaining insights into our resources and learning from our multidisciplinary team. Ongoing supervision and training ensure your continuous professional development.

About You

Requirements:
- Full Australian work rights
- Registration as an NDIS Registered Behaviour Practitioner (proficient/advanced/specialist level)
- Degree in allied health or related area (preferred but not necessary)
- Current driver's license and working vehicle
- Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain)
