An opportunity, Built for you

As the Program Coordinator you will organise a range of activities, such as reporting, analysis and budgets and expenditures as well as organising and participating in stakeholder meetings and other administrative duties.

This role will fall within our HSE team and will see you collaborate with a variety of stakeholders whilst keeping the projects running smoothly!

Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:

• Assist the team in the preparation and timely submission of HSE reports and related workshops;
• Document control – ensure current document versions are available and up to date and all information is monitored and controlled;
• Attend HSE related meetings. Including taking minutes;
• Coordination of meetings and presentations;
• Processing of payments, invoices and expenses of the team.
