About Us:
The International Film Festival of Australia (IFFAAwards) is a prestigious event celebrating global cinematic excellence. We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join our team as Program Manager and Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
Secure government and private funding to meet the festival's budgetary requirements.
Develop and manage sponsorship relationships, including attracting new sponsors.
Oversee financial aspects, including budget creation, monitoring, and adherence.
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to enhance the festival's visibility.
Requirements:
Proven experience in program or project management roles for international film festivals or similar events.
Successful track record in arranging government and private funding, as well as managing sponsorship initiatives.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to create and adhere to budgets.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Arts Management, Business, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Demonstrated success in coordinating successful film festivals, including fundraising efforts.
