Our client is a leading NfP organisation that supports safety, wellbeing, development and positive life outcomes for children and young people through early learning services, children’s therapies and family support programs.About the role
You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to Case Managers and in particular to the Area Manager on the Family Preservation Program. On any given day, you will primarily be based out of the Caringbah office, with occasional travel across the other sites in Sydney Metro.
As the Program Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for visitors, families and external stakeholders.
- Collaborating with colleagues to oversee daily functions, manage office logistics, and support meetings with accurate minutes.
- Liaising with the Case Managers and ensuring that all case notes are added to the internal system and that any follow ups be communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinating daily tasks such as handling enquiries, managing accounting duties, maintaining vehicles, ensuring data accuracy, and promoting compliance with regulations and standards across the 3 x sites.
- Strong administration experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Diploma of Community Services (desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Sound IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Demonstrates professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- A current NSW Drivers Licence, Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) and Police Check.
