Programmed have an opportunity with one of our national clients are for an Administration & Customer Service Officer in the Coffs Harbour area.

Essential Skills / Experience for this position:
- Demonstrated administration experience and knowledge
- A strong commitment to excellence in customer service
- Demonstrated experience with telephone orders and customer enquiries
- Previous data entry experience
- An exceptional eye for detail
- Previous Word, Excel and Outlook experience
- Willingness to learn systems and procedures
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current references
- Available to start ASAP
- Willingness to under a pre-employment medical, alcohol and urine drug testing
