The Program Administrator is responsible for the provision of high-quality administrative support, accurate reporting and record keeping, ensuring program compliance and providing relevant support to teaching and non-teaching staff, while having a strong client focus.
The candidate we seek will ideally have the following:
Essential:
Demonstrated knowledge of program and contract requirements
Ability to manage and maintain accurate administrative procedures and record-keeping
Ability to recognize and address procedural or administrative issues relating to client outcomes
Ability to use learner management and information systems such as VETtrak
Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
Knowledge of AMEP and SEE contract KPIs
Previous experience in government contract management
Demonstrated experience in the education sector
Demonstrated knowledge of compliance in the regulatory environment
Skills and experience in the provision of local IT support services
