Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer all aspects of our construction programs, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, milestones, and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers to track project costs and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Monitor and report on program performance, identifying risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Serve as a central point of contact for program stakeholders, maintaining strong and effective communication channels.
- Support project teams by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other program-related documentation.
- Coordinate the procurement of equipment, materials, and services required for program execution.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- at least a bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years demonstrated experience in program administration
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and terminology.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation, codes, and regulations governing construction projects.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in ACT, Australia.
- Some travel may be required to project sites as needed.
