As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Program Administrator.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and administer all aspects of our construction programs, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, milestones, and documentation. Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Collaborate with project managers to track project costs and identify areas for cost optimization. Monitor and report on program performance, identifying risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies. Serve as a central point of contact for program stakeholders, maintaining strong and effective communication channels. Support project teams by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes. Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other program-related documentation. Coordinate the procurement of equipment, materials, and services required for program execution. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices. Qualifications and Experience: at least a bachelor's degree At least 5 years demonstrated experience in program administration Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and terminology. Familiarity with relevant legislation, codes, and regulations governing construction projects. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a strong drive for continuous improvement. Additional Information: This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in ACT, Australia.
