The Program Change Manager will work closely with the Program Manager and Project Managers across a few key project streams. The program has successfully completed the discovery and design phase and has commenced the implementation phase.
Key responsibilities:
- The Program Change Manager is responsible for working with and supporting the Program Manager, Executive Leadership Team, and key project sponsors and managers to lead end-to-end change management and ensure our people and our external stakeholders are supported to embrace the change.
- The assessment, documentation, analysis and management of change impacts across our people, our external stakeholders and business partners, technology, legislation and process to inform the change approach
- The seamless transition from current way of working to new way of working
- Tracking and monitoring of benefits and in addition change readiness measures to inform readiness across the program including leading into go-live.
Ideal candidate:
- Strong Program Change management experience supporting multiple streams and projects
- Ability to deliver both operational (hands on) and strategic outcomes
- Strong internal and external stakeholder relationships with ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor.
- Experience with ERP / CRM or technology implementations
- Experience presenting to and at Executive and Board level.
