About this exciting opportunity
Our Pilot Deployment Program Project Officer (Contract Delivery) will focus on developing and documenting workplans, scopes and deliverables suitable for tendering and contracting documentation. This role will work closely with other team members to understand and articulate the sub-contracting requirements and expectations and ensure that work packages are internally consistent and seamlessly integrated into an overall package of works.
This role will manage the day-to-day aspects of developing the sub-contracts and ensuring the contracting process is smooth and compliant. Once contracts are in place, the Pilot Deployment Program Project Officer (Contract Delivery) will concentrate on the contracting administrative process, in concert with AIMS’ procurement staff.
About you
You will hold a graduate degree in a relevant discipline and have proven professional experience in developing and delivering contractual and tender documentation. Your experience in large project planning and delivery will underpin your success in the delivery of our Pilot program.
You will ideally have a Current C Class Open Drivers Licence (or equivalent), Demonstrated project delivery capabilities and Project Management qualifications.

- AIMS AOF Level 4 salary ($90,321 to $102,784 per annum) plus 15.4% superannuation
- Full-time, 3 to 4-year Fixed Term opportunity
- Located in Townsville, Queensland. Commuter car arrangements to site available
- 9-day fortnight
