About You:
As an experienced Program Controls Lead on large multi-disciplinary projects you will have significant experience in developing program control systems, program/project scheduling, developing and maintaining program budgets, analysing program performance, and preparing cost forecasts and variance analyses. Additionally, you will be adept at integrating project reporting with program reporting. With formal qualifications in Engineering or Project Management you will be efficient in stakeholder management, collaboration and can confidently address stakeholder concerns. SAP and Primavera experience is highly desirable.
About the role:
The Program Controls Lead is responsible for overseeing the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of program performance. This role involves developing and maintaining program and project control processes, standards, tools, and systems to ensure the successful delivery of programs and projects within scope, schedule, and budget. The Program Controls Lead will work closely with Portfolio Management Specialist, Project Directors, Project Managers, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting and effective risk management.
