About the role
The Energy Solutions Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Program and Project Managers in project related activities. This includes reporting, resourcing, and budgeting processes, maintaining documentation, proactively making recommendations to improve efficiency and service delivery, among others.
Leveraging organisational knowledge will be required to support the Energy Solutions program and facilitate the delivery of project operations by demonstrating an agile mindset, thriving when faced with ambiguity and aspiring to greater challenges within your role.
Key responsibilities
- Support the rollout and usage of Energy Solutions Portfolio Project Management Tool, Clarity, across the broader Energy Solutions Team.
- Facilitating training, reviewing requirements, and analysing use cases with stakeholders.
- Understanding the objectives of the implementation, engaging stakeholders and supporting through strong communication.
- Co-ordinate the monthly reporting processes across the Program to ensure quality and consistency of information.
- Provide project co-ordination support to the Project Managers as required across various delivery functions.
- Respond to, and resolve, queries and issues to ensure the accurate provision of information and delivery of program activities.
- Proactively make recommendations to improve efficiency and service delivery – understanding the ambition of the Energy Solutions team and drive aligned behaviours.
- Support the identification and management of Program level interdependencies and risks.
- Actively manage and communicate updates for the Energy Solutions Ways of Working to the relevant stakeholders.
About you

This role is open to applications from Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane in Australia as well as New Zealand and willing to travel/attend different client visits and/or conferences around both countries.
Key skills and experience
- Proven work experience and track record of minimum 2 years as a Project/Program Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in end-to-end project management functions and processes
- Exposure working with different project methodologies and managing portfolio/program budgets
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- Exceptional customer focus and communication skills
