This position is being offered as a full time, 12 month max term contract commencing Feb 2024, based in West Perth - with flexible working options.
About the Role Reporting to the Manager, Demonstration Projects, the Project Coordinator will plan, organise and coordinate credible, technically sound demonstration projects and other initiatives or operations with the ultimate goal of representing RAC members and community interests, in relation to road safety, sustainability and connected communities. This is a unique opportunity for someone who has an event or coordination background coupled with strong communication and organisation skills to join RAC and work on some of our most iconic demonstrations and projects that directly relate with Social Impact. Other key responsibilities include; Assisting Management by preparing a range of project documentation including plans, overviews, registers, status reports, feasibility reports, budget /cost analyses and post implementation reviews in an accurate and timely manner; Coordinating activities, tasks or reports to support the ongoing operations of demonstration projects and other initiatives; Tracking alignment with, and progress toward KPIs ensuring Managers are aware of issues as and when they arise; Researching and providing recommendations on process improvements, Maintaining and developing knowledge of business/systems; Creating and maintaining process and procedural manuals under the guidance of Management to ensure others have quick access to key information; Preparing communication materials including reports, papers, presentations, briefing notes and website content; Liaising with consultants as required; Completing project administrative duties as required; Representing RAC at meetings with key internal and external stakeholders; Coordinating member and stakeholder feedback ensuring investigation and resolution is completed where appropriate.
