This role is part of our EmPower Up return to work program, created for people who have had career break of 2 years or more and are now looking to return to the workforce.
The Enterprise Transformation Program Coordinator, Design & Governance is responsible coordinating and supporting program activities that relate to design & governance, enabling Westpac to achieve its technology transformation objectives, business benefits and outcomes. As a Program Coordinator, Design & Governance you will report to the Head of Enterprise Transformation Delivery, Enterprise Transformation and you may coordinate a significant component of a broader program.
Your role will include:
- Stakeholder Management - Liaises, consults, and negotiates with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders as required to achieve project outcomes and milestones.
- Communicates information - Translates complex information into meaningful insights in a structured and concise manger using contemporary communication methods to share information with a variety of audiences.
- Plans and coordination - Coordinates the GM1 rolling agendas by providing administrative and logistical support across their remits and help where there may be overflow of work.
- Governance - Supports program controls, governance and standards and helps to manage
- Change strategies and plans - Supports the build of change strategies and plans tailored for the change receiver to provide clarity of key change activities and milestones
- Documentation Management - Assists in the preparation of documentation including project plans, reports, submissions, briefings, and status reports relevant to project activities. Manages and maintain project records in accordance with relevant policies and procedure.
- Risk Management - Assesses, manages, escalates and communicates project risks and issues where applicable
