The Program Coordinator will support and assist with the coordination, planning and delivery of the Finance Modernisation (FM) Program.
Please note, this is a full time, permanent role.
Your part in our UnitingCare team:
- Tracking and monitoring Program budget, expenditure and purchase orders.
- Scheduling meetings/events; maintaining agenda, minute taking for meetings where required.
- Maintaining all key program artefacts such as IMS, initiative charters, Program governance documents etc.
- Maintaining WAVE up-to-date (initiative milestones, KPIs, actuals, benefit tracking).
- Performing project and financial administrative processes (such timesheet coordination, project/resource charging, raising purchase orders, payments, system access, document storage and version control etc).
- Preparing and coordinating FM Reporting including SteerCo submissions, status reports etc.
