We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Program/Project Coordinator to build effective networks and developing partnerships for our Community Work Skills Program at our PCYC Crestmead Youth Club. If you are enthusiastic about helping young people, then we want you!
The Community Work Skills Program is a State Government initiative that aims to provide job search assistance and training such as resume preparation, job interview skills, job search advice and employability kills.

Your New Role
As the Community Work Skills Program Coordinator, you will research, prepare, develop, implement, and evaluate a range of activities and programs that meet the needs of the State Government – Community Work Skills initiative. The role is responsible for building effective networks and developing partnerships with community organisations to achieve positive outcomes for the local community and improved youth development. About You
- Experience in social and community sector programs
- Demonstrated experience managing training programs
- Demonstrated experience in group facilitation
- Ability to effectively supervise and develop staff and volunteers
- Demonstrated experience working with people of all ages and physical attributes
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing budgets
- Hold a light rigid driver’s licence and a Restricted Drivers' Authority (or ability to obtain)
