Role Summary:
This role will be responsible for managing programs within our Services Delivery team.
The role will work with a variety of stakeholders within the customer and internal teams, as part of the program delivery. Additionally, the incumbent of this role will be required to develop, implement, and maintain the necessary reporting, and key performance indicators ensuring clear visibility across all workstreams of the program — highlighting milestone progression, risk management and overall successes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all customer delivery programs across RLDatix product suite
- Work closely with the Head of Program and Project Delivery within RLDatix to clearly define customer demand, project scope and success criteria — including clear measures of success, deliverables, timelines and resources
- Develop strong working relationships with key members of the RLDatix team (such as Functional Heads, Director of Professional Services and project team members)
- Maintain program and project reporting with support from PMO
- Lead in the transition from program to business as usual and sign off of program or projects by the customer
- Support program improvement based on the outputs from After Action Reviews / Retrospectives
- Manage the program and project forecasts and timesheet actuals

- Program & project completion - programs comply with approved timings and risk mitigated in line with plans
- Program KPI – program is delivered within the agreed KPIs
- Customer outcomes – program delivers against its agreed customer requirements

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Experience of managing software implementation and transition projects, preferably for a vendor
- Experience working in the healthcare industry highly desirable Experience implementing Governance, Risk Management, Compliance (GRC) (e.g. Incident Management, Feedback, Policy Management) and/or Workforce Management (WM) software
- High level knowledge of the associated workflows, governance and compliance considerations for GRC and/or WM
- Knowledge of Riskman, DCIQ, RosterOn or Optima would be advantageous
- Very strong and demonstrable experience in Program Management
- Knows the value of good project governance and documentation, and follows these practices
- Good understanding of commonly used program and project management methodologies and frameworks
- Budgeting and cost management experience
- Confidence using Microsoft products
- Open Air, Salesforce and/or Smartsheet knowledge will add value
- Learning and change friendly attitude
- Ability to build strong and sustainable relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience leading meetings and influencing decisions and behaviour through example
