In this role, you'll:
Join the talented and dedicated team responsible for the delivery of the multi-billion dollar Rail Service Improvement Program (RSIP) and manage and support all phases of the program lifecycle for multiple, complex and interdependent programs, in a coordinated manner to support Senior Management.
Deliver effective scoping and feasibility, planning and scheduling, costing, coordination and stakeholder engagement, risk analysis and management, reporting, evaluation, and integration with existing programs.
Engage and collaborate with a wide range of multidisciplinary stakeholders, at all levels, to manage stakeholder expectations, ensure effective communication and drive program objectives. You will also support subject matter experts within our matrix structure to consult with key stakeholders on the programs of work.
Fixed Term full-time opportunity until 30 June 2025 | Flexible Hybrid work mixing in-person days with WFH – Team attendance at Elizabeth Street, Sydney CBD office required fortnightly and monthly for meetings, planning sessions and collaboration.

About you

You have strong experience in:
- Project management, leading complex programs of work or in managing multiple interdependent projects.
- Delivering a program in consultation with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal) able to develop and manage stakeholder relationships and competing agendas, as well as drafting communications for intranet and community updates and briefing notes.
- Ability to interpret financial analysis data, present findings and translate technical information into straightforward business language.
- Working in the rail domain is well regarded.
