About the Role
As a Training Program Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and executing a comprehensive Training Strategy and Program to support the rollout of our Core Platform Project. Your role involves designing training content and materials and delivering both train-the-trainer and end-user training.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include
- Collaborate with the Change Manager to conduct a training needs analysis for the Core Platform Project and recommend the optimal training approach to build the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Prepare the Training Strategy and Program, and lead its delivery, including effectiveness reporting.
- Design and develop training materials to support various delivery methods, including face-to-face, online, and on-the-job coaching.
- Ensure alignment with the Learning and Development team and maintain up-to-date training records.
- Gather and assess stakeholder feedback to continually improve training delivery effectiveness.
- Adhere to all relevant internal and external policies, procedures, and legislation.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Police Check and Working With Children Check.
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to deliver Training Programs.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent).
- Experience in coordinating and delivering learning and training.
- Experience tailoring training to meet the needs people with different levels of digital fluency and with English as a second language.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in the social housing or community services sector.
