Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead a high-profile enterprise digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex programs, driving change, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills to ensure the successful implementation of digital transformation projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs. Ensure alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, and technical teams, to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring effective coordination, resource allocation, and timely delivery of milestones. Utilise project management tools and methodologies to track progress and address risks.
- Budget and Resource Management: Manage program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor financial performance to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address challenges and ensure program success.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor program progress, evaluate outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program status, key milestones, and any issues or risks. Facilitate transparent and effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions and services.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on digital transformation initiatives. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
