We have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced, motivated and innovative Program Manager to join our dynamic Digital Delivery team.
The Role
We have a portfolio of transformational work to uplift Ramsay Australia with digital capability for patients, clinicians and staff.
Projects range from electronic medical records, patient portals, identity and access management through to core medical systems upgrade and integration.
Many of these projects are at shaping stage, and we’re looking for professionals with digital delivery experience to lead value propositions, requirements, product selection, design, build and implementation. This is a great opportunity to join the team at the beginning and influence at the outset of a significant multi-year program.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a highly collaborative and innovative individual, confident in leading teams to shape ideas and concept journeys to requirements, solution definition, build, test and implementation. You are self-motivated and hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
Your Essential Skills and Experience
Data experience very useful – Data Pipelines, Data Warehouses
Agile Mindset and Behaviours
Strong practitioner of Agile ceremonies / techniques – Grooming Backlog, Running Retros, Iteration Planning etc.
Knowledge of Atlassian – JIRA and Confluence
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Experience of end-to-end project lifecycles in a structured environment.
Ability to manage the work of a project team to agreed outcomes, in line with relevant governance approaches and tools
Experience of working with architects and solution designers translating requirements to platform capabilities and designs.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Experience within the healthcare sector
PMBoK and/or Agile certified.
Pipeline, backlog or similar prioritisation experience.
Experience of working with sponsors, product owners and systems experts in greenfield or early concept environments.
