An exceptional opportunity awaits an experienced and strategic Program Manager to join our team in Perth, either in a contract or permanent capacity. As a Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of planning, delivering, and supporting infrastructure projects across diverse domains, ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Program Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive resource plans for Architects, Infrastructure, and Site Personnel.
  • Track and optimize resource utilization throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Ensure ongoing training and skill development for team members.
Requirements Management:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document Future Energy needs, Thermal Energy, Operational Technologies Platforms, and Wholesale requirements.
  • Align infrastructure plans with energy efficiency and sustainability goals.
  • Integrate Future Energy needs, Thermal Energy, Operational Technologies Platforms, and Wholesale requirements considerations in infrastructure design.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Conduct regular meetings and communications to update stakeholders on program progress.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and feedback.
  • Facilitate collaboration between different business units.
Program Handover:
  • Develop a comprehensive handover plan.
  • Conduct training sessions for support personnel.
  • Document and communicate all relevant information to support teams.
Safety Prioritization:
  • Implement safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
  • Foster a culture of safety among team members.
Cost Management:
  • Develop and maintain a detailed program budget.
  • Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Regularly report on budget status to program stakeholders.
Documentation:
  • Create and update program plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Document design specifications, implementation details, and testing procedures.
  • Ensure that all program documentation is easily accessible and organized.
Deliverables:
  • Resource management plans.
  • BU requirements documentation.
  • Stakeholder engagement reports.
  • Program handover plan and documentation.
  • Safety reports and documentation.
  • Cost management reports.
  • Comprehensive program documentation.
Timeline and Reporting:
  • Execute the program in phases with regular progress reviews.
  • Develop a detailed timeline in collaboration with the program team and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates at agreed intervals.
  • Communicate promptly about any issues or deviations from the plan, along with proposed solutions.
Team Leadership:
  • Assemble and lead a program team with the necessary skills and expertise to successfully execute the program.
