Programmed Facility Management (PFM) are currently seeking a suitably qualified Asset Manager join our Team on Rottnest Island. This integral role will is based on the island and will support the facility management operations across the contract. It will see you excel and develop your skillset within a high performing team that is responsible for the development of strategies, plans, processes and audit programs for the collection of asset data and to support evidence-based decisions for improved asset performance and risk management.

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have experience within Asset management, unwavering motivation for delivery, and a natural aptitude for first-class stakeholder engagement. Additionally, you will demonstrate the ability to:
- Develop Asset Management Plans for the site and/or asset class.
- Support Asset Lifecyle Planning, including developing Operational and Capital expenditure forecasts.
- Ensure asset criticality is clearly identified and understood and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure the reliability of critical assets.
- Implement programs for the regular inspection and assessment of asset condition.
- Undertake regular reviews and monitoring of maintenance plans, asset risk registers, and asset performance to minimise risk, achieve stakeholder expectations, and achieve continuous improvement.
- In conjunction with the Operations Team determine projected growth in demand and ensure this information is considered in the asset Lifecycle Costing forecast, and maintenance strategies.
- Develop forward works plans for end-of-life asset replacement and refurbishments, and to meet forecast increases in service demand.
- Ensure all new and replacement assets are created and uploaded into the CMMS, Maximo, and included in the Preventative Maintenance schedule.
To be considered for the role you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Facilities Management sector
- Ideally hold tertiary qualifications or recognised asset management skills
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft suite.
- Ideally have experience with either Maximo, SAP or Pronto
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong focus on safety in the work place
