Accountabilities include: - Undertake a range of program and project activities which support and enhance the branch's program development and management such as research and analysis, and compile related documents.- Develop and maintain reporting spreadsheets, registers and dashboards to support the operations of the branch.- Input and analyse program data in TMR systems and manipulate data for reporting and program management purposes, including monitoring and reporting on the financial and physical program delivery.- Coordinate and undertake regular and ad-hoc reporting on the federally funded Infrastructure Investment Program. This will include liaising and negotiating with regional/district staff and team members, inputting and extracting data from both the department's systems (3PCM database) and the federal Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts (DITRDCA) Infrastructure Management System (IMS), to ensure timely and accurate responses.- Contribute to the development of Queensland Transport and Roads Investment Program (QTRIP), with respect to the federally funded program, such as extracting data from TMR systems and conducting data quality checks. - Review and provide advice on program variations and funding approvals to ensure objectives of state and federal legislative and administrative requirements are met (such as the Notes of Administration that support the National Partnership Agreement on Land Transport Infrastructure Projects between the Australian Government and Queensland Government).- Provide secretariat support for quarterly Program Board meetings including the preparation and circulation of agendas and minutes, maintaining action and decision registers and monitoring progress of action items.- Work collaboratively with stakeholders, including DITRDCA staff, in providing information to assist in the delivery of the federally funded Infrastructure Investment Program across the state.- Undertake routine investigations and information requests as directed by the Managers and Principal Advisors.- Actively participate in performance conversations to build and support a culture of performance improvement.This role reports to the Manager (National Network Programs).
