What you'll do:
We're on a mission to transform and modernise our supply chain, as part of our transformation agenda, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Program Support Manager to join the Network Development Team. Reporting to the Head of Network Development, the successful candidate will be a key member within the National Supply Chain department and actively contribute to the realisation of our future automated Distribution Centre (DC) network, in support of the business' 5-year objectives and roadmap.
Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing strategic and operational support to ensure the successful planning, execution, and management of various programs and projects within the Supply Chain
- Coordinating program activities, development and maintenance of detailed program scheduling, managing resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives
- Supporting the head of program with program governance including managing time, costs, quality, risks, teams and communication to promote successful delivery of project's objectives
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure expectations for delivery on large / complex projects are met or managed appropriately
- Partnering with operational leaders to drive process improvements across the end-to-end Supply Chain.
What you'll bring:
- At least 8+ years' experience within supply chain and project/program management
- Experience working on large scale projects and or new warehouse construction projects (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices, including project reporting using common tools
- Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Project, and MS Office products including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Experience working with a PMO
- Sound understanding and suitable experience of project reporting and governance structures
- Strong organisational and time management with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or a business related discipline
