As the Program Support Officer you will be responsible for the supporting the delivery of ICT projects and provide support to Platform Managers and Project Managers within this group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating requirements gathering workshops and various project meetings, including minute-taking and document distribution.
- Managing Project SharePoint sites and document repositories.
- Documenting, updating, and communicating project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
- Aiding in the compilation of business, technical, and project documentation, including end user requirements.
- Contributing to the preparation of project status reports through Digital Project Management tools and processes.
- Supporting the development, maintenance, monitoring, and reporting on schedules.
- Assisting Project Managers in tracking project budgets
- Facilitating the processing of supplier invoices for Project Managers.
- Cultivating and sustaining effective working relationships with internal and external clients/suppliers.
- Experience in providing support to management, and multi tasking in a dynamic environment
- Experience in using MS Project and/or Artemis
- Comprehensive experience in information reporting
- Demonstrated ability to construct and maintain project related documents
