The role
Reporting to the Senior Director, Analytics, Improvement and Transformation Unit, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive and meticulously organized administrative and executive support. This includes managing data entry, documentation, and record-keeping, as well as overseeing the distribution and tracking of correspondence and briefing materials.
Additionally, you will provide essential general administrative support across teams, handling functions related to financial and human resource management, staff travel, office supplies, equipment maintenance, and coordination of meetings. Your commitment to fostering a professional environment that encourages ethical behaviour, skills development, professional growth, and continuous improvement will contribute to the unit's success. Adherence to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies, and alignment with Queensland Health's core values are integral to fulfilling this role effectively.

Your success will be bolstered by a record of accomplishment of experience and proficiency in departmental processes, reporting requirements, and the adept handling of financial information.
