Program Test Manager

Insearch Talent Solutions is looking for an innovative Program Test Manager to lead the charge in developing and executing test strategies that ensure the success of critical projects within the Technology and Communications domain.

Your Role: As the Program Test Manager, you'll be at the helm of test planning, defining the scope of required testing, estimating efforts and durations, and determining the necessary resources and environments for a contact centre technology upgrade. Your expertise will guide you in preparing and reviewing crucial testing documentation, executing tests, and developing comprehensive closure reports.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
• Drive the test strategy for various IT projects, including system, SIT, and UAT phases. 
• Leverage your knowledge of SDLC and testing process to enhance test quality and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating your exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

What You Bring:

• Experience with Contact Centre projects is highly regarded, as is familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• A minimum of 5 years in test management, backed by a successful IT project delivery track record.
• A collaborative spirit, able to work with technical specialists, business analysts, vendors, and project teams.
• A deep understanding of various testing methodologies within the SDLC.
• A knack for prioritising effectively in high-pressure environments, backed by outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
