We are excited to lead into 2024 with a rare opportunity for a Broadcast Media professional to join our Digital Commercial team. In this high-profile role as Programmatic Account Manager, you will grow our programmatic footprint and service an array of Agency and Direct Clients across Australia. This is a full-time, on-site position located in our Pyrmont studios. Our Sales Teams are dynamic, engaged and highly collaborative and being on-site will ensure your personal and professional career development.

You are energised by the responsibility for growing programmatic revenue for our business through providing innovative, tailored advertising solutions designed to grow our clients’ business. Your skills in reporting and monitoring of budgets and goals, and creating plans based on effective forecasting will be highly valued. You will be responsible for the achievement of monthly budgets and maintain a high profile with key clients.

The key responsibility in this role is to generate programmatic revenue through the following activities:

  • Building and executing a commercial plan that delivers strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
  • Develop and execute innovative and effective programmatic advertising campaigns.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and provide strategic guidance to maximise their advertising investment.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales teams to identify new business opportunities and expand client list.
  • Analyse data and performance metrics to optimise campaign effectiveness, ensuring maximum ROI for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in programmatic advertising, integrating them into strategies to enhance revenue generation.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on campaign objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance to sales teams, building a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ad hoc projects as required by your Head of Audio Automation

Your success in this role will not only be around delivering the key outcome above, but will also be because you have:

  • A degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field or relevant years of experience
  • Proven ability in programmatic advertising, with a track record of driving revenue growth and managing successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic ad buying, DSPs, ad exchanges, and other relevant technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
