We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Programmatic Directorwith our awesome team in Melbourne.

The role:

TheProgrammatic Directorwill develop best in class strategies and management across the Programmatic disciplines on assigned clients, to manage and develop the team and serve as a point of escalation as needed.

Core responsibilities include:

• Works closely with Head of Programmatic Solutions and Investment Leads, develops and evangelises overall strategy and approach.

• Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team.

• Manages team and leads recruiting efforts for assigned roles.

• Owns the team development process to train and develop team abilities​.

• Proactively looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to the clients’ success.

• Manages and maintains client relationships and is the main point of escalation for client issues.

A bit about you:

• Proven programmatic experience in agency, publisher, or client roles.

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of multiple Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).

• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing people effectively.

• Strong presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating the programmatic story to clients.
