The role:

We’re looking for a Programmatic Operations Manager to play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations and management of oOh!’s programmatic activity. Working closely with our digital team and Commercial Ops teams, you’ll manage all the digital platforms required for digital delivery and manage programmatic inventory with SSPs that we are partnered with.

You will also:

  • Manage custom tagging strategy and apply as required. Develop and update ready reckoner on restrictions and tagging strategy
  • Manage invertory health and associated reporting
  • Manage the end-to-end process for releasing new inventory including new formats or format replenishment.
  • Manage the creative approval process to ensure prohibitions, exclusions and restrictions are adhered to
  • Delivery of administrative support, commercial reporting and other ad hoc process tasks as required
  • Understand tech limitations and recommend improvements/enhancements to ensure the operations and delivery of programmatic at oOh! is as efficient as possible
  • Supported by the Digital Delivery & Platforms Director to help build and continually develop the training collateral for internal and external stakeholders
  • Be a point of contact for external DSP’s and SSP’s, for improvements in process and procedures

You’ll join a dynamic and collaborative Platform, Operations and Delivery team who are passionate about providing outstanding service and results to clients across a range of industries. Based in our stunning North Sydney office you’ll have the option to work hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home).

The Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of digital media and DOOH. Programmatic experience would be desired, but not essential. Ideally you would have sales operations and/or agency background with 2 years of high performance in a similar role and demonstrated experience in training and supporting internal staff. You will also be:

  • Highly motivated andorganised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and handle high volumes of requests
  • Process driven, proactive and a problem solver
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using a wide range of platforms and tools to analyse data, campaign performance and verification metrics
