Position: Programme Coordinator

Datacom Location: Anywhere in NZ or Australia

About the Role (Your Why)

This is an exciting new role that will play a pivotal part in supporting our Programme Manager throughout our BEYOND journey. Our offices are based in Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland and Wellington and most major cities in Australia and New Zealand. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/life balance. What You’ll Do

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
 •  Work with programme manager to prepare agenda and pre-read materials for Steering meetings, design authority and programme board meetings
 •  Proactively update and maintain the programme risk register, decision log and dependency list
 •  Follow up on actions from programme meetings
 •  Work with programme manager to help prepare various status and programme updates (for the Board, GLT, etc)
 •  Support logistics, admin, travel and expenses for external consulting partners
 •  Organise and maintain the Beyond teams site and appropriate access
 •  Support the programme director and manager to schedule meetings and manage diaries
 •  Provide EA support the Strategic Enablement Director and Head of Strategy

What You’ll Bring

- Knowledge

  • Sound understanding and application of programme management
  • 2+ years of experience in Information Technology or Business Sector Experience as a successful
  • Analyst or co-ordinator is essential for this role.

- Skills

  • Sound application and strong skills with Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Ability to influence and develop productive relationships with industry providers, stakeholders, and key users.
  • Proven co-ordination skills.
  • Sets high standards of performance for oneself. Listens to others and accepts input from team members.
  • Ability to tactfully communicate difficult and\or sensitive information.
  • Project Co-ordination, PRINCE2 or PMI certification. Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Science, Engineering, Economics or a related discipline.
