A Residential builder whom operate across the single and double storey homes space. They've progressively grown year on year to be a respected brand in the Perth market, delivering a variety of builds from $450k through to $1.5m.With the current construction team having been in place for a number of years, they're committed to the development and career progression of the team whilst at the same time focused on retention and job fulfillment. With a clear number of jobs and never being over loaded, the integral team member will work alongside the Construction Manager and General ManagerAs a Site Supervisor you will be in charge of managing c12 homes from Burns Beach to Hillary's.About you:

• A minimum of 3 years building experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills and a positive approach to client relations
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong local building and construction knowledge.
