Project Accounting Manager - Property Development

The Group

High profile Property Development company with an impressive pipeline of projects in Victoria and NSW.

The Role

Reporting into the Financial Controller, your role will include:

-lead and manage a team of 3 x Project Accountants 
-train, develop and coordinate the work of Project Accountants
-delivery of monthly financial results for all projects
-cashflow forecasting and analysis of projects
-reporting to JV partners
-work with external consultants to ensure tax, compliance and audit requirements are met
-process improvements and ad hoc reporting as required

The Person

You will be CA/CPA qualified and have at least 2 years of of supervision/management experience.  Strong communication and problem solving skills will ensure your success in this role.
