We're looking for an project coordinator with a superstar attitude.
The role offered is to join our survey delivery team as a valued team member. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective project coordination of cadastral survey projects as well as scheduling field surveys. You will be responsible for coordinating projects, booking and scheduling field surveys, workflow and deliverable management, identifying and escalating project roadblocks & supporting other survey service lines as required.
You will be supported and trained to understand the nuances of the role and be empowered to learn more about surveying, 3D scanning, drones and the services we deliver. Our ideal candidate would be someone with previous experience in project coordination or management in surveying or either construction or service based industries. This individual would have keen attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills & have a superstar attitude.
In addition to the responsibilities above, this role would provide support to the company's broader survey service lines including engineering, construction and design surveys, 3D scanning and drone capture projects. This support would include tasks like scheduling other surveys, liaising with clients, communicating with other the team leaders, assist with taking project booking phone calls. You will be supported and trained to gain company knowledge and understanding on how to perform these tasks to an exceptional standard.
Some of your duties will Include:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cadastral surveying projects.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate the daily activities of field surveyors, ensuring efficient deployment and optimal use of resources.
- Drive project workflows to maintain project momentum and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Proactively identify potential project roadblocks and devise strategies to mitigate risks or escalate to senior surveyors.
- Communicate with clients to obtain project information such as access requirements and communicate these to the field team effectively.
- Using the Project Management Platform (PMP) input relevant details required on a project by project basis.
- Forward planning, ensuring all projects have the required information relevant tasks allocated to the right person.
- Provide feedback to the Operations Manager regarding service line lead times.
- Maintain and document all project correspondence and maintain exemplary file and document management.
- Always communicate with team members, clients and project stakeholders with respect & good energy ensuring that every interaction fosters trust and promotes positive relationships

This role is available to work from our Brisbane or Gold Coast office. We also offer flexible working from home arrangements for the right candidate.
