Your new company
My client is one of the largest privately owned construction companies in Welshpool, Perth, spanning over multiple independent enterprises. Their dedication to their employees and their client satisfaction are always at the forefront of everything they do.
Your new role
You will support the project operations end to end with general administration duties and provide assistants to employees and customers across the business. These duties include but are not limited too;
- Generating monthly reporting including job forecasts, materials costs incurred and job status reports
- Process, distribute and record mail and communications for the project as required
- Maintaining program and procurement schedules
What you'll need to succeed
Your organisational skills and performance-driven attitude will lead you to your success, as will;
- Ability to plan your own work but prioritise tasks in order of urgency.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills that are second-to-none.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, PowerPoint)
