ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Project Architect, you will report to the Head of Design and be responsible for overseeing the design process from inception to completion. This includes ensuring that GVG projects are functionally designed and detailed. Additionally, you will play a crucial role during the construction phase, providing valuable input to enhance future projects.
Your responsibilities will include:-
- Ability to assist in directing a team of Design Technicians
- Strong knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards
- Be responsible for construction detailing
- Coordination of consultant documentation
- Manage and respond to RFIs across multiple projects
- Manage and review shop drawings across multiple projects
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have:-
- 10 years + experience and proficiency in multi-residential and mixed use design, construction detailing and support for commercial builder or design firm
- 5 years + Revit experience
- Architecture degree or open-licence building designer licence
- Attention to Detail
