We are a leading and growing architectural practice seeking two passionate and capable Project Architects to join our Brisbane Studio. Diverse sector experience is highly desirable, being experience in retail, industrial, education, health and/or seniors living.

About the roles
Due to ongoing growth, ThomsonAdsett is seeking two Project Architects or to join our studio in Fortitude Valley. While you will be supported by ThomsonAdsett’s leadership team to deliver your projects, experience in independently running a project day-to-day is essential. Skills such as consultant coordination, liaising with the client and external project team, creating design presentations and documentation outputs, managing timeframes and budgets are critical to these roles.
While we have an immediate need in our growing Education team, there will be opportunities for you to gain diverse experience across our other sectors, within our other two studios.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be someone who has:
- 5-10+ years post-grad experience, with experience leading small-larger scale projects;
- Architectural registration in Australia is preferred but not essential; a commitment to register in the near future is highly desirable;
- A good understanding of National Construction Code and Australian Standards;
- Advanced skill level in Revit with a minimum of 5 years of documentation experience on complex architectural projects;
- Good experience in consultant coordination and liaising with our client and project stakeholders;
- Experience particularly in Concept Design, Design Development and Contract Documentation;
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Indesign, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat accompanied with good graphics skills;
- An enthusiastic, collaborative approach and great team communication skills;
- A desire to work on a diverse portfolio of projects within a long-term role.
